Role Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
We are seeking an experienced Optical Engineer \/ Senior Engineer \/ Technical Lead<\/strong> with strong expertise in Optical Deployment, DWDM, and Ciena Systems<\/strong>. The role involves commissioning, provisioning, and troubleshooting optical network systems across global environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead and execute Optical Deployment<\/strong> projects, ensuring smooth implementation and performance optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform Commissioning & Provisioning<\/strong>, turn-up, and testing of new routes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Troubleshoot issues in greenfield and brownfield deployments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work extensively with Ciena 6500, Waveserver, RLS, and OTN<\/strong> technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate effectively with global teams for project delivery and technical support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> in Optical Networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong expertise in DWDM, Ciena 6500, RLS, OTN, and Waveserver<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven experience in Optical Commissioning, Provisioning, and Troubleshooting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for working in global teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
