Role Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Seeking a seasoned Head of Sales<\/strong> to lead and scale the national sales function within the travel trade segment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships across corporate, MICE, and group travel<\/strong> segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead and mentor regional and national sales teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify and convert new business opportunities across travel segments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain key client and partner relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Negotiate and close high-value contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track market trends and provide performance insights to leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Graduate; MBA preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
10\u201315 years of sales experience, including 3\u20135 years in a senior leadership role<\/strong> within the travel industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven success in achieving revenue and market growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong network within corporate and MICE travel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
