About the Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Manager \/ Senior SEO Manager<\/strong> to lead and scale the SEO function. This role focuses on strategic planning, client management, technical SEO excellence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving organic growth, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct technical and content audits to identify opportunities for optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Define KPIs, forecast SEO performance, and report using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and ensure strategy alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 Client Handling & Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Act as the primary point of contact for client SEO strategies and discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Present performance reports, growth insights, and optimization roadmaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build long-term relationships based on transparency and measurable results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and analysts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with content, PPC, development, and UX teams for integrated strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Oversee site architecture, crawlability, and page speed optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Implement schema markup, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage Core Web Vitals, log file analysis, and technical audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Partner with developers to ensure SEO best practices in site builds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

5\u20138 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven success driving SEO growth for large websites or multiple clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong technical SEO expertise (JavaScript SEO, CWV, structured data, site performance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Skilled in tools like GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent project management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
