About the Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Director<\/strong> to lead brand strategy, positioning, and marketing communications. This senior leadership role focuses on building a strong brand identity, driving awareness, and strengthening reputation across digital and offline channels \u2014 both in India and global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
1\ufe0f\u20e3 Brand Strategy & Positioning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Define and execute the overall brand strategy including tone, voice, and visual identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strengthen brand equity across owned, earned, and paid media channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience insights to refine positioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2\ufe0f\u20e3 Marketing Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead content, PR, events, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, media, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all external communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3\ufe0f\u20e3 Thought Leadership & PR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Build industry visibility through awards, partnerships, reports, and media outreach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage PR agencies and maintain strong relationships with media publications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Drive content-led storytelling around brand success, innovation, and impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
4\ufe0f\u20e3 Performance & Measurement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Define KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and share of voice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Use analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
5\ufe0f\u20e3 Leadership & Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing team (content, design, PR, social media).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, delivery, HR) for consistent brand representation \u2014 including employer branding and client communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Ensure smooth execution of brand content operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

10\u201315 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Background in digital marketing, advertising, or technology preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strengthening brand equity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong creative storytelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
