This leadership role demands a proven sales strategist who can scale new product lines, build high-performing teams, and drive enterprise growth through innovation and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue Ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS and subscription-based offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals with a strong focus on profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go-to-Market Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and lead GTM plans for new product launches, target markets, and pricing models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a robust market presence and brand positioning in the SaaS domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build, mentor, and lead a team of SaaS sales professionals targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented sales culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pipeline &amp; CRM Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee CRM-led sales operations ensuring accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain visibility into every stage of the sales funnel for consistent performance tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Success Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with product, marketing, and account management teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through solution-driven engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thought Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Represent the organization at key SaaS, MarTech, and industry forums to build visibility and credibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI &amp; Automation Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools for smarter lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12\u201318 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in SaaS or MarTech leadership roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in scaling B2B SaaS revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM integrations, and analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with enterprise clients in BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SaaS Sales Strategy &amp;
