About the Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re looking for an experienced Key Account Director<\/strong> to lead strategic client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure delivery excellence across digital marketing services. The role demands strong leadership, client advisory, and a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts with measurable ROI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Client Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Act as the key point of contact for CXO\/VP\/Director-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build trusted, long-term partnerships and position the organization as a strategic growth partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Strategic Account Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Marketing Automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Own account P&L and achieve revenue targets for enterprise accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Business & Delivery Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) for seamless execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet ROI and align with client goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Leadership & Mentorship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives with a client-first approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor and develop team members to build a culture of service excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Insights & Advisory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Analyze performance data, competitor trends, and industry insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advise clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
12\u201316 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting, managing enterprise accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven success in growing multi-million INR accounts and achieving revenue goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strategic business acumen with ownership of P&L and client retention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Leadership ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
