About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer<\/strong> to fine-tune, optimize, and deploy ML and AI models at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with LLMs<\/strong>, MLOps<\/strong>, and model lifecycle management<\/strong>, working across tools like MLflow<\/strong>, Databricks<\/strong>, and LangChain<\/strong> to deliver high-performing AI solutions for enterprise use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Fine-tune, optimize, and retrain ML\/AI models<\/strong>, including large language models (LLMs)<\/strong> and enterprise-grade ML systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain evaluation pipelines<\/strong> to test model accuracy, robustness, fairness, and efficiency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Implement MLOps best practices<\/strong> and automate end-to-end workflows using MLflow<\/strong> and CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct feature engineering<\/strong> and data transformations for improved model performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Design model monitoring and feedback systems<\/strong> to track post-deployment performance and drift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Run A\/B tests<\/strong> and benchmarking experiments to validate model improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to productionize models efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Utilize Databricks Mosaic AI<\/strong>, Azure ML<\/strong>, or AWS SageMaker<\/strong> for scalable ML workloads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Integrate explainability and fairness checks (SHAP, LIME, InterpretML) into the ML lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Expertise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\u2705 8\u201310 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering<\/strong> or related fields.
\u2705 Strong proficiency in Python<\/strong> and frameworks like PyTorch<\/strong>, TensorFlow<\/strong>, and scikit-learn<\/strong>.
\u2705 Hands-on experience with MLflow<\/strong>, MLOps pipelines<\/strong>, and cloud-based ML platforms<\/strong> (Azure ML \/ SageMaker).
\u2705 Familiarity with evaluation frameworks<\/strong> (DeepEval, RAGAS, or custom evaluation setups).
\u2705 Good SQL skills<\/strong> and ability to work with both structured and unstructured data<\/strong>.
\u2705 Exposure to Spark<\/strong> \/ Databricks<\/strong> for distributed data processing.
\u2705 Understanding of deep learning architectures<\/strong>, model explainability<\/strong>, and bias mitigation techniques<\/strong>.
\u2705 Knowledge of LangChain\/LangGraph<\/strong> for AI evaluation and testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good to Have<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Experience in LLM fine-tuning<\/strong> and vector database integration (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)<\/strong> systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Exposure to containerized ML deployments<\/strong> using Docker\/Kubernetes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Understanding of enterprise-grade data governance and security practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
