About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional<\/strong> to manage and streamline HR processes, employee data, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate HR operations<\/strong> and proficiency in Farvision<\/strong> software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Handle end-to-end HR operations<\/strong> including onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases using Farvision<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and timely filing of returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with finance and admin departments for salary processing and reimbursements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Generate and maintain MIS reports<\/strong> for management review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assist in audits, vendor coordination, and employee query resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 5 years of experience<\/strong> in HR Operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in Farvision<\/strong> (mandatory).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience working in the Real Estate or Construction industry<\/strong> preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
