Role Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Tender \/ Estimation Engineer will be responsible for analyzing project costs, preparing winning bids<\/strong>, and developing pricing strategies<\/strong> for tenders. The role demands technical insight, market awareness, and precision in rate analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Strategic (Approx. 20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prepare and quote tender-winning rates<\/strong> in coordination with management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Derive effective bid-winning strategies<\/strong> through market insights and data-driven analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct competitor rate analysis<\/strong> and track market trends to refine pricing decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Attend pre-bid meetings<\/strong> and study tender requirements in detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Visit project sites, meet clients, architects, or consultants for better rate understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Implementation (Approx. 75%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Perform detailed rate analysis<\/strong> for all tender items and BOQ elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collect and evaluate vendor quotations<\/strong> for materials and labour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare detailed statistical comparisons<\/strong> of competitors\u2019 pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Standardize rate analysis formats and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure timely submission of tenders<\/strong> with complete documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Train and support the tendering team to improve efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Managerial \/ Coordination (Approx. 5%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive rates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain strong communication and follow-up with suppliers for best quotes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Engage in multi-tasking<\/strong> to support related project and estimation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf93 Education:<\/strong> B.E.\/B.Tech in Civil Engineering \/ Interior Design \/ Architecture
\ud83e\udde9 Experience:<\/strong> 5\u20138 years of relevant experience in Tendering \/ Estimation<\/strong> within construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
