Role Objective<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
To prepare and submit competitive MEP tenders<\/strong> with precision, compliance, and profitability while ensuring timely submissions and strategic pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Strategic (20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Conduct detailed market research<\/strong> to identify MEP project opportunities and trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop competitive pricing models<\/strong> and strategic tender plans<\/strong> to achieve winning rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform in-depth rate analysis<\/strong> and vendor negotiations for best pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Represent the company in industry forums<\/strong> to enhance brand visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Implementation (50%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Perform thorough rate analysis<\/strong> ensuring 12\u201315% profitability<\/strong> per project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain confidentiality<\/strong> and oversee all tender documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track tender calls and ensure prompt response and submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communicate price bid results<\/strong> to management and accounts team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Managerial (20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead and guide<\/strong> the tendering team of engineers and support staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assign and monitor responsibilities, ensuring quality and timeliness<\/strong> of deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor team members and conduct regular performance evaluations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Present periodic reports and strategic insights<\/strong> to senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Other Tasks (10%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Attend daily meetings (Conference, SERM, etc.)<\/strong> as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and coordination skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
B.E.\/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven experience in tendering for MEP projects<\/strong>, ideally within construction or real estate<\/strong> sectors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Sound knowledge of MEP systems<\/strong>, tendering procedures, and industry standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in English, Hindi<\/strong>, and at least one Indian regional language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
