About the Role<\/strong>
We are seeking an experienced Sr. PCB Design Engineer<\/strong> with expertise in high-speed, multi-layer PCB design<\/strong> for digital, analog, and mixed-signal systems. The role involves end-to-end PCB development, signal integrity management, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Design high-speed, multi-layer PCBs (10\u201316 layers) with digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create and manage component libraries, footprints, and schematics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle complete PCB design lifecycle: library creation \u2192 layout \u2192 DRC \u2192 Gerber release \u2192 fabrication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform DFx (DFA, DFM, DFT) checks<\/strong> and quality verification for layouts and files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Set and route high-speed signal constraints (I2C, SPI, USB 2.0\/3.0, Ethernet, PoE, BLE, Wi-Fi, GSM, TFT LCD, DDR2\/3\/4, SD Card, NAND, MIPI, optical interfaces).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with IPC standards<\/strong> and MIL design practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with Design, Mechanical, SI\/PI, Thermal, Fabrication, and Assembly teams for clarifications and reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Independently manage projects and maintain thorough documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design and signal routing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Expertise in multi-layer PCB layout, DRC, post-processing, and Gerber\/FAB file generation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of datasheets, footprints, and IPC standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
