About the Role<\/strong>
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Hardware Design Engineer (Schematic)<\/strong> with strong expertise in high-speed board design<\/strong> and embedded hardware architecture<\/strong>. The role involves full lifecycle hardware design\u2014from concept and architecture definition to validation and reliability testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Design and develop high-speed multi-layer PCB schematics<\/strong> for embedded systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work on architecture definition, detailed hardware design, and performance optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop and validate hardware for processors, memory modules, and network interfaces<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with EMI\/EMC<\/strong>, safety, and automotive standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform design testing<\/strong> and validation for robustness and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)<\/strong> efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Approve alternate components and verify electrical characteristics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Apply thermal management<\/strong> and product reliability<\/strong> principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate effectively across teams and clearly document findings and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proficiency in schematic design tools<\/strong> and PCB layout workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong experience in high-speed interface design<\/strong> (DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, SATA, MIPI, CSI, I2C, SPI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Hands-on experience with microprocessors<\/strong>: TI, ARM Cortex A7\/A9, Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of DDR2\/DDR3\/LPDDR2\/LPDDR3<\/strong> memory integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Deep understanding of EMI\/EMC compliance<\/strong>, safety standards, and transient testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Expertise across all stages of the hardware product development lifecycle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
