About the Role<\/strong>
We\u2019re looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer (Schematic)<\/strong> to contribute to all stages of the hardware product development lifecycle \u2014 from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong schematic design experience, component-level knowledge, and exposure to EMI\/EMC compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Design and develop schematics for PCBs, processors, memory modules, and network components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work across complete hardware product development lifecycle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with EMI\/EMC<\/strong> and safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform hardware design testing<\/strong> and validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials)<\/strong> efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Evaluate and approve alternate parts with component-level analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Apply knowledge of thermal management<\/strong> and product reliability<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve design and testing challenges effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Hands-on experience with schematic tools and PCB design workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Exposure to Microprocessor-based hardware design<\/strong> \u2013 TI, ARM Cortex (A7\/A9), Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Understanding of EMI\/EMC, automotive transient standards, and reliability testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to document and present solutions clearly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
