Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Program Planning & Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Act as the primary point of contact for program communication and escalations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coordinate effectively across engineering, product, QA, UX, and business teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Risk & Issue Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Resolve conflicts and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Maintain a risk register and track issue resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Process & Quality Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Implement and enhance Agile\/Scrum\/SAFe practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Conduct retrospectives and integrate key learnings into future programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Metrics & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Define and monitor KPIs such as velocity, defect rates, and delivery predictability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Provide transparent, data-driven status updates to leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Use insights to drive process optimization and informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • 5+ years of experience managing software development programs or projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Proven success in delivering complex, multi-team programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Preferred Attributes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                • Technical background or prior software development experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Experience working with distributed or global teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Passion for innovation and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
