8\u201310 years of relevant experience in land surveying, planning, or related functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Ensure smooth execution of all site surveying activities (mojani, demarcation, site infrastructure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain and update accurate land records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and modify drawings as per instructions from senior team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Roles & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Conduct day-to-day survey operations including mojani, demarcation, topography, and boundary fixation in coordination with relevant departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor land measurement, procurement, and demarcation progress; suggest corrective actions as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Regularly update and maintain land records (Award, Measurement Plans, 7\/12 extracts, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Initiate and follow up on corrections in land records for company-owned properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support in resolving land disputes, especially at project boundaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Assist in smooth land acquisition processes and coordinate on litigation matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies for project implementation and approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Modify master plan plots and assist in preparing or revising plans\/drawings for project agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain proper filing and documentation for planning and land department records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare coordinated drawings to identify site developments or encroachments and follow up for resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Draft official correspondence and communicate effectively in Marathi and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
