We are looking for an experienced Techno-Legal Engineer<\/strong> to handle project-related correspondences, ensuring technical requirements align with contractual and legal obligations. This role is key in safeguarding company interests, supporting claims, and assisting in dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39<\/strong> Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Draft and review contractual letters, notices, and correspondences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Interpret contract clauses (FIDIC, EPC, LSTK, etc.) and advise on entitlements & obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support claims preparation, variations, and dispute resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Liaise with project teams to translate technical issues into legally sound communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain organized documentation for audits, compliance, and legal purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39<\/strong> What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
6\u20138 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in techno-legal roles within the construction industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering<\/strong> (postgraduate in Construction Law\/Contracts a plus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, GCC, arbitration, and claims management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
