We are seeking an experienced Store Head<\/strong> with 15+ years in store & inventory management<\/strong> within the construction sector. This leadership role will ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory control, and compliance with quality and safety standards across projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39<\/strong> Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Lead end-to-end inventory & material management<\/strong> (receiving, storing, issuing, audits).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain ERP-based inventory records and ensure FIFO\/LIFO practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Supervise store operations, layouts, consumables, and equipment handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with procurement & project teams<\/strong> for timely material availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Liaise with vendors for delivery and quality compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Train and manage the store team, ensuring SOPs, ISO standards & safety compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare reports on stock levels, material usage, and discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39<\/strong> What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
15+ years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in store\/inventory management (construction\/infra\/EPC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in ERP\/inventory systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong leadership, documentation, and audit management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In-depth knowledge of construction materials (civil, electrical, mechanical).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
