Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • P&L Ownership:<\/strong> Take end-to-end accountability for revenue, cost management, and overall profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Business Strategy:<\/strong> Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operational Leadership:<\/strong> Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Team Leadership:<\/strong> Build, lead, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Financial Management:<\/strong> Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sales & Marketing:<\/strong> Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Skills & Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Experience:<\/strong> 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Qualifications:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Skills:<\/strong> Proven ability to manage teams, with excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Communication:<\/strong> Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
