Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Real Estate Transactions:<\/strong> Handle all legal requirements and documentation for property acquisition, sales, and leases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Due Diligence:<\/strong> Conduct legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions, including title investigation and review of local legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Negotiations & Drafting:<\/strong> Negotiate and finalize legal documents, including agreements to lease, conveyance deeds, and service agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Litigation Management:<\/strong> Handle tenant-related litigation, including drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and coordinating with external lawyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Legal Advisory:<\/strong> Provide guidance on all litigation matters and keep management informed of real estate law developments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Vendor Management:<\/strong> Monitor the performance of external lawyers and law firms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Experience:<\/strong> 8-12 years of relevant legal experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Education:<\/strong> LLB \/ LLM degree from a reputed law school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Core Skills:<\/strong> Expertise in real estate law, legal due diligence, commercial agreements, and litigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communication:<\/strong> Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
