Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Channel Partner Management:<\/strong> On-board, engage, and manage channel partners to drive sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Sales Growth:<\/strong> Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through all sales channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Customer Relationships:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Team Leadership:<\/strong> Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strategy & Operations:<\/strong> Devise sales strategies, prepare reports, negotiate deals, and manage customer queries and escalations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Market Knowledge:<\/strong> Stay updated with market trends and conduct competitive analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Experience:<\/strong> 10-15 years in Real Estate sales<\/strong>, preferably in residential and commercial projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Market Knowledge:<\/strong> Good knowledge of the Gurgaon and Noida real estate markets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communication:<\/strong> Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Leadership:<\/strong> Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage client and partner relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
