We are seeking a Technical Project Manager<\/strong> with a strong background in the service industry to manage technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies within the FMGS sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Project Management:<\/strong> Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and service-related projects within scope, budget, and timeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaboration:<\/strong> Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Methodology:<\/strong> Use Agile\/Scrum frameworks<\/strong> and Jira<\/strong> to define project scope and track progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Risk Management:<\/strong> Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively solve challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communication:<\/strong> Conduct status reviews and ensure alignment with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Process Improvement:<\/strong> Drive automation and process enhancements to meet FMGS industry requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Skills & Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Experience:<\/strong> 4+ years in technical project management within the service industry<\/strong> (FMGS, consumer goods, or retail preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tools:<\/strong> Proven experience with Agile methodologies<\/strong> and Jira<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Knowledge:<\/strong> Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Certifications:<\/strong> PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
