We are seeking a Project Manager<\/strong> to oversee the development and deployment of embedded firmware for smart switch hardware platforms. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic planning, and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Project Leadership:<\/strong> Formulate comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Team Management:<\/strong> Lead, mentor, and foster high-performing software teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Oversight:<\/strong> Provide guidance on architecture, design, and validation, ensuring compliance with operating systems like Linux and FreeBSD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Supervise the creation of robust test plans and advocate for best practices in software development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stakeholder Management:<\/strong> Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Budgeting & Risk Management:<\/strong> Monitor project expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and proactively manage project risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 5 years<\/strong> in project management within embedded systems, with at least 3 years<\/strong> focused on device driver development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Expertise:<\/strong> Profound knowledge of OS architecture, kernel programming, and hardware interface protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, I2C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Leadership:<\/strong> Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tools & Methodologies:<\/strong> Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communication:<\/strong> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master\u2019s degree or PMP certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
