Job Brief<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are seeking a Senior Architect<\/strong> with 10\u201316 years of experience in commercial and mixed-use projects<\/strong>. The role requires expertise in planning, designing, and managing construction documentation, while coordinating with consultants, clients, site teams, and PMCs. The candidate should be capable of mentoring and leading a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project requirements. The goal is to deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
1. Design Development & Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Interpret client requirements and prepare feasibility reports & design proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop innovative design concepts considering usage, sustainability, and architectural trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with 3D teams for visualizations and aesthetics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select materials aligned with client preferences and project themes; prepare material boards for presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2. Drawing Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Oversee drawing deliverables from schematic to working stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead a team of 4\u20135 architects\/technicians to achieve timely and quality outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3. Consultant & Vendor Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Work with structural and service consultants for design development and execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with vendors for material selection and approvals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
4. Client & Site Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Liaise with project managers to ensure design deliverables align with site requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress and report status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Personal Specification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Essential: B.Arch or equivalent (5-year degree)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Master\u2019s in Construction\/Project Management, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Essential: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Revit, Photoshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\u201316 years with an Architectural Consultancy (Commercial\/Mixed-Use Projects)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Minimum 6 years in leadership roles, handling at least 2+ team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Completed at least one project of 300,000+ sq. ft. from concept to completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Experience in commercial buildings, shopping centres, hospitality, or healthcare projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
