Job Brief:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman<\/strong> with 5\u20139 years of experience<\/strong> in commercial and mixed-use projects<\/strong>. The ideal candidate should be able to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings under the guidance of a Senior Architect. This role requires active coordination with consultants, PMCs, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
1. Drawing Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prepare drawings from start to finish of the project, covering schematic and working drawing stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure drawings meet company drafting standards and align with finalized designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2. Consultant Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Collaborate with structural and service consultants for smooth design development and execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3. Client & Site Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Work with project managers to deliver GFC drawings as per site requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Personal Specifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Essential: Diploma \/ ITI in Draftsmanship<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Experience with Revit, Photoshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Essential: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Revit, Photoshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Essential: 3\u20139 years in an architectural consultancy firm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Desirable: Exposure to mixed-use, large-scale projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
