We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Head (AGM level)<\/strong> with 10+ years of proven success<\/strong> in the Fire Detection, Suppression Systems, Electronic Security & Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Sales Leader<\/strong>, you will be responsible for driving nationwide business growth, building and nurturing client relationships, guiding high-performing teams, and achieving revenue targets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Develop and implement strategic sales plans<\/strong> to achieve and exceed AOP & national sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build strong relationships with end clients, MEP Consultants, PMCs, government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs & key stakeholders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive growth from existing clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain deep product knowledge<\/strong> of Fire & Safety systems, Security Solutions, and IBMS; stay updated on market trends & innovations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team & partners\/distributors<\/strong> to achieve collective goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct presentations, product demos, and training sessions<\/strong> for clients & consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor sales performance, competitor activities & market trends<\/strong> with regular reporting to senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate across pre-sales, marketing, product, projects, purchase, operations & customer support<\/strong> for smooth execution and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfaf Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in Fire Detection, Suppression, Electronic Security & IBMS sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven track record of achieving & exceeding national sales targets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong leadership, strategic planning & people management<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication, negotiation & client engagement<\/strong> abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to travel pan-India<\/strong> as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
