We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager<\/strong> with a proven track record in the Fire & Safety, Security Systems, and IBMS industry<\/strong>. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and lead business expansion while meeting and exceeding regional revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd11 Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Develop and implement effective sales strategies<\/strong> to achieve\/exceed targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build strong relationships with end clients, MEP consultants, PMCs, government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify & pursue new business opportunities<\/strong> while expanding existing client accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain in-depth product knowledge<\/strong> of Fire Detection, Suppression Systems, Electronic Security & IBMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions<\/strong> for clients & consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead internal teams and partners to ensure project success & customer satisfaction<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide regular sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and business development reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams<\/strong> for smooth execution & handover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfaf Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in sales within Fire Detection, Suppression, Security Systems & IBMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven record of exceeding sales targets<\/strong> in a competitive market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation<\/strong> skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to analyze market trends<\/strong> and identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Willingness to travel within the designated region<\/strong> as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
