We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Engineer<\/strong> to join our MEP Design & Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects<\/strong>, with hands-on experience in design, documentation, and execution<\/strong> as per national and international codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead Plumbing & Fire Fighting design<\/strong> for multi-disciplinary projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare Design Basis Reports, BOQs, cost estimates, efficiency analysis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Perform design calculations<\/strong> and equipment selection for plumbing & fire systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work on Plumbing SLDs, technical drawings, water demand assessments, water mass diagrams<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Review, verify, and audit shop drawings and construction specifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct quality assurance checks<\/strong> to ensure compliance with codes and project standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor drafting\/design teams for accuracy and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for design reviews and approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Flexibility to travel for site visits as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> in Plumbing & Fire Fighting system design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong knowledge of national and international design codes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in Steam, Utility & Process Engineering<\/strong> (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong report writing, specification drafting, and client communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
