About the Role:<\/strong>
Looking for energetic professionals to join as CRM Executives<\/strong>. The role involves supporting customer communication, managing data, and assisting the senior CRM team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain and update CRM databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support in client communication and follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare regular MIS reports for management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
1\u20133 years of CRM \/ client servicing experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
