Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd39 What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proven experience in IT hiring (5+ years).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to manage multiple requirements with speed and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
