About the Role<\/strong>
We are looking for a dynamic Project Head<\/strong> to lead cinema construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2714\ufe0f Lead planning, execution & delivery of new construction, refurbishment & expansion projects across India
\u2714\ufe0f Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors & internal teams for seamless execution
\u2714\ufe0f Prepare feasibility reports, budgets, and timelines; monitor adherence
\u2714\ufe0f Oversee site selection, layout planning & compliance with industry standards
\u2714\ufe0f Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety & sustainability norms
\u2714\ufe0f Manage vendor negotiations, contracts & procurement activities
\u2714\ufe0f Conduct site visits, resolve project issues & ensure quality control
\u2714\ufe0f Coordinate with operations & technical teams for project handover
\u2714\ufe0f Mentor & guide the project management team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong>
\u2728 12\u201315 years of project management experience (cinema, retail, hospitality, or entertainment projects preferred)
\u2728 Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
\u2728 Excellent leadership & team management skills
\u2728 Expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting & vendor management
\u2728 Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
