About the Role<\/strong>
We are looking for an experienced Legal Head<\/strong> to lead the legal function, oversee compliance, and provide strategic legal counsel to senior management. The role involves handling corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution while guiding a team of legal professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2714\ufe0f Draft, review & negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs
\u2714\ufe0f Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act & industry regulations
\u2714\ufe0f Manage litigation, disputes & coordinate with external legal counsel
\u2714\ufe0f Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, leasing & expansion projects
\u2714\ufe0f Advise on intellectual property, licensing & content agreements
\u2714\ufe0f Represent the organization before statutory and regulatory bodies
\u2714\ufe0f Mentor & lead the in-house legal team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong>
\u2728 12\u201315 years of strong legal experience (with 5+ years in leadership)
\u2728 Expertise in corporate, commercial, leasing & regulatory law
\u2728 Experience in sectors like entertainment, media, hospitality, or retail preferred
\u2728 Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
\u2728 Strong leadership and high ethical standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
