Role Summary:<\/strong>
The CSR Manager will lead all CSR initiatives, partnerships, and funding strategies. This includes identifying CSR opportunities, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring impactful implementation aligned with organizational goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Design and implement CSR strategy and programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify and liaise with CSR partners and funding organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor and evaluate CSR project impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with CSR laws and documentation requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Represent the organization at CSR and social impact events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Graduate\/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
5+ years of experience in CSR management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong knowledge of CSR laws and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent networking and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
