Looking for a strategic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO)<\/strong> with a stronghold in the real estate sector<\/strong>. The ideal candidate will lead all financial planning, risk management, compliance, and investor relations while supporting growth and profitability initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management for the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee budgeting, accounting, audits, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage investor relationships, fundraising, and capital structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor project-wise financial health, cash flows, and ROI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with business heads to support strategic decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Drive financial process improvements and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead tax planning, internal controls, and cost optimization strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in the real estate sector<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of real estate project financing, legal structures, and compliances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor relations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
