Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and client\/subcontractor billing activities for a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) project. This role ensures adherence to timelines, budgets, and contractual norms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
1. Project Planning & Scheduling<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project\/Primavera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Create micro-level plans for procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Align plans across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track progress and prepare weekly\/monthly schedule updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identify risks and propose corrective actions for delays or deviations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2. Billing & Documentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prepare and submit RA bills to clients per contract terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Draft subcontractor\/vendor bills based on verified progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Reconcile work measurements with site and client teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain billing documentation, MBs, and supporting records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate bill certification and payment follow-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3. Cost & Budget Monitoring<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Assist in preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track cost vs. budget, reporting variances to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor material and manpower usage for cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
4. Coordination & Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for planning\/billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Participate in project review meetings and document action items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
5. Compliance & Quality<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
\n
Ensure adherence to technical specs, contracts, and quality norms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide accurate records for internal\/external audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Education:<\/strong> B.E. \/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Certifications:<\/strong> Primavera\/MS Project (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Software Skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical:<\/strong> Strong knowledge of billing, BOQ, rate analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Soft Skills:<\/strong> Analytical thinking, communication, coordination, attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
