Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Seeking an experienced Architect<\/strong> with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality projects<\/strong>, capable of managing the entire design lifecycle\u2014from concept to execution\u2014while coordinating with consultants, clients, and vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead end-to-end architectural design for hotel projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Develop concepts, technical drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and client specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
5\u20138 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Must have prior experience working on hotel projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of construction administration and contract management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
