Role Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Looking for a seasoned MICE professional<\/strong> with hands-on experience in domestic group travel bookings<\/strong> and end-to-end execution of corporate events and group movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Negotiate and contract with hotels for MICE group bookings at competitive rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Execute end-to-end MICE operations including coordination, ground handling, and post-event processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Liaise with external clients before and after MICE movements for seamless execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handle on-ground operations for domestic group travel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments and account closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and process account settlements with clients and hotels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide rate reversals within 24\u201348 hours for MICE or ad hoc group queries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain excellent client relations and ensure repeat business through high service standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Mandatory:<\/strong> Proven experience in MICE and domestic group travel bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, especially with hotels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good interpersonal and public relations skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to handle on-ground execution with professionalism and agility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organized approach to documentation, payments, and client servicing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
