About the Role:<\/strong>
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager \u2013 Accounts & Finance<\/strong> to lead the financial operations of a reputed real estate company. This is a core leadership role involving strategic financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and review balance sheets and financial statements<\/strong> with accuracy and timeliness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage audits, tax filings, and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures<\/strong> are robust and effective<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Provide strategic financial inputs<\/strong> to senior management and contribute to business growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle treasury, banking relationships, cash flow management, and capital allocation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Mentor and lead the accounts team for performance, compliance, and best practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated with market regulations, especially in the real estate sector<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
3\u20135+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance<\/strong>, preferably in Real Estate<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in financial consolidation, modelling, and taxation laws<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Sound knowledge of compliance, statutory requirements, and internal audit processes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Hands-on with MS Excel and accounting software<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
