About the Role:<\/strong>
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Head<\/strong> with robust experience in the real estate sector<\/strong>, especially in high-rise residential and commercial projects<\/strong>. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling a large workforce and taking complete ownership of the sales team and overall staff<\/strong> performance and HR operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strengthen culture, build processes, and instill discipline across teams, especially sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership for workforce planning and organization development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Resolve grievances and ensure high employee engagement and retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage statutory requirements and handle sensitive HR matters with maturity and discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Candidate Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Must be from the real estate sector<\/strong> with hands-on exposure to high-rise residential and commercial operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven ability to manage a sales-driven team<\/strong> and enforce high-performance culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
