About the Role:<\/strong>
We\u2019re looking for a driven Sales Professional<\/strong> with experience in Freight Forwarding (Air\/Sea), capable of generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through new and existing accounts. Ideal candidates will have solid client-facing experience, industry knowledge, and a passion for business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Identify and approach shippers, freight forwarders, and CHAs<\/strong> for business development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Generate new leads and explore growth opportunities across the freight domain<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct client meetings to introduce the company\u2019s service offerings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work toward achieving assigned monthly sales targets<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Nurture existing client relationships with regular calls and check-ins<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams<\/strong> to ensure smooth shipment follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track and analyze market trends<\/strong> and suggest effective business penetration strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle RFQs\/quotations<\/strong>, proposals, and client pricing documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Submit timely reports to the reporting manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure proactive follow-ups on payments and collections<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Conduct internal review meetings to assess and enhance performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Take ownership of additional sales initiatives and responsibilities as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
5\u20138 years of sales experience in freight forwarding\/logistics<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong relationship-building and client communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in handling B2B clients and shipping operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
