About the Role:<\/strong>
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager<\/strong> with a strong background in FTL logistics and team handling<\/strong>. This role involves managing transportation operations, coordinating with vendors\/drivers, and ensuring smooth, compliant logistics workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Oversee FTL shipments, ensuring smooth and timely transportation as per SOPs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead and support operational teams for high performance and process adherence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients to meet delivery timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Resolve escalations professionally and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with finance for accurate and timely invoice processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure PODs and other supporting documents are submitted on time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Validate vendor invoices and ensure compliance with company policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents to avoid shipment delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Must be fluent in Hindi<\/strong> to effectively manage drivers and vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
5+ years of experience in FTL logistics operations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proven team management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong coordination, communication, and escalation-handling abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Comfortable working in fast-paced logistics environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Fluency in Hindi<\/strong> is mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
