About the Role:<\/strong>
We\u2019re hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager<\/strong> with a strong background in Hyperlocal or Quick E-commerce<\/strong>. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, building enterprise partnerships, and driving revenue in a fast-paced, tech-led environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Identify and onboard new enterprise clients (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, F&B, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Own the sales funnel: lead gen \u2192 pitch \u2192 negotiation \u2192 closure \u2192 onboarding \u2192 growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Customize solutions in collaboration with product\/ops teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Foster strategic relationships and client engagement post-sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure client satisfaction, SLA compliance, and long-term retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Track competitor pricing, market trends, and explore Tier 1 & 2 cities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Report KPIs, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
5+ years of B2B\/Enterprise Sales (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, hyperlocal, or last-mile delivery)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication and negotiation abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficient in CRM tools and Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Self-starter with proven record in closing high-value deals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Deep understanding of hyperlocal delivery and supply chain dynamics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Prior experience with logistics or delivery platforms like Porter, Shadowfax, Loadshare<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Selling to sectors like FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, Modern Trade is a big plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
MBA preferred but not mandatory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
