Role Overview:<\/strong>
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive<\/em> with strong exposure to accounting practices in multinational setups. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling multi-currency books, consolidations, and financial reporting independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Manage journal entries and accounting classifications under accrual basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Consolidate financials for multiple entities and ensure accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with external financial systems, auditors, and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Analyze complex transactions including revenue recognition, inter-company eliminations, capitalized software, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prepare and reconcile fixed assets, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle AP & AR, perform bank reconciliations, and support audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Own month-end and year-end closings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead ad-hoc projects and financial analysis tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Candidate Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting\/Finance + CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n
8+ years of accounting experience in multi-national setups<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong knowledge of GAAP, Indian & US accounting standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Familiar with GST, TDS, STPI, and external audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong communication and independent working ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
