Role Overview:<\/strong>
Looking for a Senior Associate \u2013 Commercial Contracts<\/em> with deep experience in handling high-volume contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and stakeholder management. The role includes working with cross-functional teams across business and legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advising internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maintaining contract lifecycle, compliance, and records<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identifying risks and ensuring alignment with corporate legal policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
3+ years of commercial contracts experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent command over legal documentation and business negotiations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in tech\/startup\/investment industries preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
