Role Overview:<\/strong>
We are hiring a Principal Associate<\/em> for a leading Venture Capital \/ Venture Debt legal advisory role. The candidate must come with solid exposure in handling VC\/VD transactions, investor agreements, due diligence, structuring, and client negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Drafting and negotiating investment term sheets and shareholders\u2019 agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Leading VC\/VD deal closures end-to-end<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Legal due diligence, advisory, compliance structuring<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advising startups, funds, and investors on regulatory and transactional frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Managing junior legal team members and maintaining TAT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Strong VC\/VD experience of 5+ years<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Currently working in a law firm or in-house VC legal team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Exceptional communication and client-handling skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
