Job Summary:<\/strong>
We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to manage banking, corporate finance, insurance, and debtor-related operations for a company with over \u20b91000 Cr turnover. The role demands a high level of financial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Lead and manage the company\u2019s banking relationships and finance operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Oversee corporate finance, fund management, and cash flow optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage debtors\u2019 control, collections, and credit policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Handle insurance policies and ensure timely renewals and risk coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for financial planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Work closely with auditors and contribute to financial reporting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 14\u201315 years of experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Prior experience managing finance for a company with turnover above \u20b91000 Cr<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong exposure in banking, corporate finance, insurance, and credit control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Based in or open to working from Gurgaon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
