Job Summary:<\/strong>
Seeking an experienced finance professional to manage financial strategy, funding requirements, capital structure, and relationships with banks and financial institutions for infrastructure development projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
Develop & implement financing strategies for infrastructure projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs & financial institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Arrange project and working capital finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monitor cash flow & optimize fund utilization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lead negotiations for financial closures & loan agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ensure compliance with financial covenants<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Analyze funding risks and suggest mitigation strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Support business planning and budgeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
CA \/ MBA (Finance) \/ CFA \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Minimum 22 years of experience, including 10+ years in infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strong grasp of project finance & corporate finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent negotiation & communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strategic and analytical mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Relationship management with lenders\/investors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Knowledge of RBI guidelines and financial instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
