Experience:<\/strong> 25+ years overall | 5\u20138 years in the infrastructure sector (preferably in the current company)
Education:<\/strong> Chartered Accountant (CA)<\/strong>
Budget:<\/strong> As per industry and company standards

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Lead and drive the organization\u2019s financial strategy and long-term financial planning
\ud83d\udd39 Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions
\ud83d\udd39 Manage capital raising, investor relations, and debt structuring
\ud83d\udd39 Track and control financial performance of infrastructure projects including ROI and cost
\ud83d\udd39 Ensure timely compliance with financial regulations, corporate tax policies, and statutory requirements
\ud83d\udd39 Collaborate closely with operations, legal, and project teams for efficient financial project planning
\ud83d\udd39 Identify financial risks in capital projects and deploy effective mitigation strategies
\ud83d\udd39 Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team for enhanced productivity and alignment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
