Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
\ud83d\udd39 Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular reviews and coaching
\ud83d\udd39 Strategize for growth across global markets \u2013 Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.
\ud83d\udd39 Build and manage relationships with international distributors, importers, and partners
\ud83d\udd39 Collaborate with internal teams \u2013 supply chain, documentation, logistics \u2013 to ensure seamless order fulfillment
\ud83d\udd39 Monitor competitor and market trends, recommend pricing and positioning strategies
\ud83d\udd39 Represent the company in global exhibitions and meetings, mentor junior sales professionals
\ud83d\udd39 Own forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for international business<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidate Requirements:<\/strong>
\u2714 5\u201310 years of proven experience in international sales<\/strong> \u2013 domestic-only profiles will not be considered
\u2714 Background in FMCG, rice, agro commodities, or export-oriented<\/strong> industries preferred
\u2714 Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills
\u2714 Experience in handling regions such as Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe
\u2714 Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and distribution models
\u2714 Comfortable with international travel and remote coordination
\u2714 Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n
