Candidates must have sourcing or channel sales experience in the Mumbai market (preferably Versova or Worli), with a proven record of handling \u20b910 Cr+ to \u20b920 Cr+ ticket sizes. Developer-side experience is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\ud83d\udd39 Develop & grow the channel partner network across Mumbai
\ud83d\udd39 Drive channel sales and meet monthly\/quarterly\/AOP sales targets
\ud83d\udd39 Engage actively with brokers to generate high-quality leads & footfalls
\ud83d\udd39 Allocate project inventory as per client preferences and maintain updated MIS
\ud83d\udd39 Handle customer queries, documentation, and ensure a seamless experience
\ud83d\udd39 Monitor partner performance and ensure sales closure support
\ud83d\udd39 Drive process compliance and suggest improvements
\ud83d\udd39 Take ownership of self-development and upskilling initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills & Requirements:<\/strong>
\u2714 Strong communication & client-handling skills
\u2714 Experience in channel development and large-ticket real estate sales
\u2714 Good understanding of Mumbai\u2019s SOBO\/Western real estate market
\u2714 Ability to manage reports, performance data, and improve partner effectiveness
\u2714 Open to travel within Mumbai for channel and client engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
