We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer<\/strong> with solid experience in handling Venture Capital (VC) transactions<\/strong> independently, ideally from a law firm background. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills and be comfortable leading deals within the startup and investment ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Role Summary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Lead and execute VC transaction documentation<\/strong> including Term Sheets, SHA, SSA, and Due Diligence Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements<\/strong> and investment-related documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Advise on fundraising, governance, and compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, investors, and internal teams for smooth transaction flow<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Stay updated on legal developments in company law, startup investments, and compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Qualification:<\/strong> LLB (CS or LLM is a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 3 years post-qualification<\/strong> in corporate\/VC transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Must-have:<\/strong> Law firm background with independent VC transaction handling experience<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Sound knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI guidelines, and startup structures<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Excellent command of contract drafting, negotiation, and client handling<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
